Official XDNA on Base. Expanded access for the EVM ecosystem. One connected DNA Protocol ecosystem.

DNA Protocol continues on XRPL. Official XDNA expands to Base.

DNA Protocol and the original XDNA Early Genesis program continue as usual on the XRP Ledger. The Official XDNA Base Presale expands access through Base and EVM-compatible wallets. Existing XRPL holders continue through the original ecosystem. No migration is required.

One XDNA ecosystem. Multiple network access. DNA Protocol's one-to-one backing policy pairs each Base XDNA represented as backed with one underlying XDNA held in the Official XRPL Backing Vault. Explore the Official Base Contract, vault and published backing records through public onchain verification.

The Official XDNA Base Presale includes a temporary smart contract transfer restriction. The Official Base Contract supports permanent removal of the presale-wide restriction through an onchain completion transaction. The transfer section explains this process and the continuing account-level controls.

Choose your participation route: XDNA Early Genesis on XRPL or Official XDNA on Base. Find the official addresses, participation steps, backing information and FAQs below.

1. One XDNA ecosystem. Two participation routes.

XDNA originated through DNA Protocol's Early Genesis program on the XRP Ledger. XDNA Early Genesis continues with its existing rules, eligibility, allocations and participation process. The Official XDNA Base Presale adds EVM access to the same ecosystem.

  • XDNA on XRP Ledger: the original XDNA asset and continuing Early Genesis program.
  • Official XDNA on Base: DNA Protocol's Base representation of XDNA, with its own contract, purchase route and presale transfer conditions.
  • Underlying XDNA on XRP Ledger: XDNA held in the Official XRPL Backing Vault under the one-to-one backing policy.

One XDNA ecosystem connects two distinct blockchain assets on Base and XRPL. Each follows its network's technical rules, with participation recorded separately. Choose the route that suits your wallet and preferences.

DNA Protocol continues on XRP Ledger. XDNA Early Genesis continues as usual. Official XDNA is expanding to Base.

Verify before you sign. Match the full addresses with DNA Protocol's Official Base Contract and Official Base Pool. These identifiers distinguish official assets from third-party tokens or pools with similar names.

Use the official application to participate. Follow its purchase flow and review the transaction in your wallet. The addresses above identify blockchain records, not direct-payment destinations. Sending XDNA to the token contract burns it under the published code.

3. Participation, pricing and transaction confirmation

Your Base participation journey

The Official XDNA Base Presale provides a native-USDC-to-XDNA route through the Official Base Pool, with read-only quotes before wallet connection. The published release phase is official live testing with real USDC. Review current application availability and the participation information before proceeding.

  1. Open the official Base application and connect a compatible wallet.
  2. Check Base mainnet, your account and native USDC.
  3. Enter the amount and review a fresh quote, including estimated XDNA, minimum received, price impact, pool route and fees.
  4. Read the Base participation information and actively acknowledge the temporary transfer restriction. The acknowledgement is selected by you.
  5. Where a USDC approval is needed, review the displayed router spender and exact amount in your wallet. This spending approval is a separate step from purchasing XDNA.
  6. Review and confirm the purchase transaction, including the account, network, payment amount and minimum output.
  7. Follow its progress from submitted to awaiting confirmation, then confirmed or failed. Keep the public transaction hash and check the successful onchain receipt.

A successful blockchain transaction confirms a completed purchase. Wallet connection, spending approval and submission are earlier, separate steps.

Transparent pool pricing and fees

The Official Base Pool determines the variable Base price; XDNA Early Genesis on XRPL retains its separate rate. Base purchases use the displayed quote rather than a fixed 30 XDNA per XRP or USDC. Documented settings use one Base block, a 30-second expiry, 0.50% slippage protection and a maximum accepted price impact of 3%.

Quoted output includes the 0.01% pool fee. Base execution, Ethereum L1 data and any USDC approval carry separate network fees. The current application adds no surcharge. Review the complete fees, including wallet-provider charges, before confirming.

Transaction checks

The application checks the account, network, official route, quote freshness and receiving permissions. Minimum output, an onchain deadline and simulation support transaction review. Keep the public hash and check the result before another attempt, including after a speed-up or cancellation.

Check Base confirmation and Ethereum L1 finality separately. Network fees can apply to failed transactions. This interface supports purchasing only; selling, bridging and Base-to-XRPL redemption are outside its current functionality.

4. Presale transfers and the permanent unlock process

Temporary Base presale transfer restriction

The Official Base Contract temporarily restricts transfers during the Official XDNA Base Presale. While presaleActive is true, default addresses are restricted from wallet transfers and pool sales. Contract-defined exceptions apply to official system accounts and explicitly allowed senders.

XDNA Early Genesis on XRPL continues under its existing rules. Inspect Base address permissions through the Official Base Contract's public read methods.

Permanent removal through the Official Base Contract

The Official Base Contract provides endPresale(). A successful admin transaction sets presaleActive to false and emits PresaleEnded. This change is permanent: the contract has no function to reactivate the presale flag.

Once the flag is removed, default addresses become eligible for ordinary transfers, subject to available balance and account-level controls. The freezer role retains sending, receiving and partial-balance controls through setSendStatus, setReceiveBlocked and setFrozenBalance. These are separate from the permanent presale unlock.

A successful onchain transaction confirms the presale unlock. Its date, completion conditions and approved exception list await official publication. Selling additionally depends on a supported route, token approval, liquidity, slippage and successful execution.

Read the status directly

On BaseScan, inspect presaleActive, isSendAllowed, sendStatus, receiveBlocked, frozenBalance and availableBalance, together with events and transaction receipts. The Proof of Backing page also provides user-initiated Base state reads.

Official updates distinguish upcoming, active, paused and completed participation. Upcoming precedes opening; active makes purchases available under the stated conditions; paused temporarily suspends purchases; completed marks the presale's end. Read application availability alongside the contract flag, unlock transaction and continuing backing information.

Use published code and current onchain state to interpret third-party scanner results, including the presale restriction, permanent flag removal and separate account controls.

5. One-to-one backing and public verification

One-to-one backing policy: one underlying XDNA in the Official XRPL Backing Vault for each Base XDNA represented as backed. Public records let participants compare Base issuance with the corresponding XRPL holdings.

Vault holdings, supply reconciliation and custody arrangements support this policy. The Official Base Contract operates separately from XRPL, so reserve checks take place outside the token contract. This structure provides backing and exposure rather than direct conversion or redemption.

This historical snapshot records the blocks, ledger and dates shown above. Two public RPC providers cross-checked each network's result. Current backing calculations require fresh, compatible readings from both networks; retain separate dates when comparing historical XRPL data with newer Base readings.

Explore the public records

The Proof of Backing page connects the contract, vault, historical snapshot and verification links. Its read button retrieves Base supply, cap, presale state, default-address transfer state, Official Base Pool holdings and administrative-role addresses at one finalized Base block. These read-only checks require no signature.

Read the XRPL balance with its published snapshot date. Vault custody, withdrawal controls, reserve dedication and binding backing terms await publication. Ledger balances verify holdings; legal custody, control arrangements and redemption rights require their own supporting records.

6. Supply, allocations and contract controls

The Official Base Contract caps outstanding supply at 10,000,000,000 XDNA: minted tokens less burned tokens. The published backing snapshot recorded 100,000,000 outstanding Base XDNA. Check the contract for current supply.

Supply categories have distinct meanings: total minted supply, outstanding supply, circulating supply, presale-restricted supply, presale allocation, purchased allocation, remaining or unsold allocation, treasury, liquidity, ecosystem and operational reserves. Pool holdings represent liquidity and should be read separately from presale allocation.

Circulating and restricted totals, allocations and purchased or remaining presale figures require published definitions and datasets, which await publication. Pool balances describe liquidity holdings. The historical backing calculation includes all outstanding supply, including treasury and liquidity.

The admin appoints minter and freezer roles, manages system accounts, initiates admin transfers and can end the presale-wide restriction. The freezer manages sending, receiving and partial-balance controls. These authorities form part of the non-upgradeable token's published design.

Reconcile fresh Base supply readings with corresponding XRPL vault evidence after supply or reserve changes. The supply cap and backing reconciliation serve separate purposes. The published evidence is a dated comparison; continuous cross-network monitoring is outside this guide.

7. Base participation terms and information

This guide explains the Official XDNA Base Presale, contract mechanics and published participation information. The DNA Protocol Terms of Use cover website use. Final token-purchase terms await publication.

Participation and release status

The published release phase is official live testing with real USDC. Remaining acceptance checks cover independent integration review, real Coinbase execution and physical devices. Review this status and the transfer conditions, then personally confirm each wallet approval and purchase.

Commercial and legal information

Participate using native USDC on Base at the Official Base Pool's variable price and displayed fees, subject to local requirements. Contracting-entity details, registered address, governing law, jurisdiction and final eligibility rules await publication.

Publication status: presale allocation, commercial purchase limits, timing, completion conditions, exemptions, unsold allocation treatment, custody and binding backing terms await publication. Quote protections describe transaction settings separately from these commercial provisions.

Transaction review and support

Review the wallet, network, recipient, payment asset, amount and expected XDNA before signing. Confirmed transactions may be irreversible; the website cannot reverse a submitted transaction. Refund and cancellation policies and mechanisms await publication. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.

For assistance, contact support@dnaprotocol.org with the network and public transaction hash. Asset recovery is case-dependent and cannot be assured.

Wallets, services and applicable terms

Protect your wallet, review transactions and transfer conditions, and follow applicable legal and tax requirements. Wallet providers, Base infrastructure, Circle USDC, Uniswap and RPC services operate their own systems, with their own availability and execution dependencies.

Final liability, service-availability and dispute-resolution provisions await publication and legal review. This guide is informational, rather than professional advice or a recommendation to purchase, sell, trade or hold XDNA. Official identifies DNA Protocol's contract and participation route; regulatory approval and independent security audits are separate matters.

8. Risk information and wallet security

Make an informed participation decision using official records and the conditions below. Digital-asset participation carries risk, including loss of part or all of the value contributed.

  • Contracts and administration: inspect the published token, pool, router and payment-asset code, including minting authority, system exceptions and address controls. Source verification and independent auditing serve different purposes; contract code and administration remain dependencies.
  • Networks and services: check network and wallet compatibility. Congestion, outages, RPC differences and third-party failures can affect execution and incur fees. Verify Base confirmation and Ethereum L1 finality separately.
  • Backing and custody: assess reserve availability, supply reconciliation and vault control together. Dated balances establish a historical comparison; continuous backing, custody arrangements and redemption rights require separate evidence.
  • Transfers and liquidity: review presale and account-level controls before planning transfers or sales. Account controls can continue after the presale flag ends. Market access depends on liquidity and execution; a secondary market or sale at a chosen time or price is not guaranteed.
  • Market pricing: Base and XRPL prices follow their own demand, liquidity, trading and network conditions. Presale pool pricing mainly reflects purchases and exempt-address trading because most purchasers are restricted from selling. Backing describes the asset relationship, not guaranteed price parity, appreciation, returns or listings.
  • Wallet and operational security: protect keys, verify full addresses and use the correct network. Mistaken transfers, malicious approvals, phishing, cyber incidents and compromised services can cause permanent loss. XDNA sent to the token contract is burned.
  • Legal and tax requirements: eligibility, laws and tax treatment depend on the participant's circumstances and location. Check the rules applicable to you and seek independent advice where appropriate.

DNA Protocol will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, XRPL family seed or wallet secret. Keep these private and use the support address published on the official website.

Why is DNA Protocol launching XDNA on Base?

To give EVM users an additional official way to access XDNA through Base-compatible wallets while DNA Protocol and Early Genesis continue on XRPL.

Is Base XDNA backed by XRPL XDNA?

DNA Protocol's one-to-one backing policy pairs each Base XDNA represented as backed with underlying XDNA in the Official XRPL Backing Vault. The 29 September 2026 snapshot recorded 100,000,000 XDNA on each side. Explore the dated evidence, verification method and custody information in backing information.

Where is the underlying XDNA held?

The backing structure uses the Official XRPL Backing Vault: rsrcacYtnTCJEea2Pu7e98pFnwioy6MdRE. Inspect its public ledger records independently.

Can I verify the backing vault?

Yes. Inspect the exact issuer and currency balance through the XRPL explorer, then compare corresponding Base supply records. The Proof of Backing page provides the dated snapshot and verification sources.

Can I transfer Base XDNA during the presale?

The Official XDNA Base Presale temporarily restricts wallet transfers and pool sales for default addresses. The Official Base Contract defines system-account and allowed-sender exceptions. See the transfer process and account controls.

When will Base transfers become available?

A successful admin call to endPresale() removes the presale-wide restriction. Default addresses can then transfer subject to account controls, available balance and successful execution. The completion date awaits official announcement and onchain confirmation.

Can the Base presale restriction return after permanent removal?

The Official Base Contract makes presale flag removal permanent, with no function to reactivate it. Separate sending, receiving and partial-balance controls remain available.
