Live testing.
Real funds and unresolved risks.
Nature of Base XDNA.
Base XDNA is the official Base representation of XDNA designated by DNA Protocol, available through owner-authorized live testing, not a full launch. It is designed to provide EVM participants with XDNA exposure under an owner-stated one-to-one XRPL backing policy. Official designation is not a security audit, proof of reserves or a redemption guarantee. It is not technically the same blockchain asset as XRPL XDNA.
DNA Protocol and the original XDNA Early Genesis program continue on the XRP Ledger. There is no migration requirement. The two participation routes have separate purchase mechanisms and rules; participation in one does not automatically constitute participation in the other.
Purchase process and confirmation.
The owner-supplied token contract is published on the Proof of Backing page. It is not a purchase address. The website supports only native USDC to XDNA through the exact approved pool, with separate exact-amount approval and purchase reviews. Participants review the quote, account, network, spender, minimum received, restrictions and fees before personally confirming each wallet action. Connecting alone never authorizes spending. Coinbase displays its fee quote in its own confirmation screen; reject it if unclear or unacceptable. Other unsupported account types are blocked.
A wallet connection or signature is not a completed purchase. The interface must distinguish submitted, awaiting confirmation, confirmed and failed transactions, and confirm purchases only after successful onchain execution.
The website activation switch is separate from the token's onchain presale flag. Transactions fail closed if the required network, exact route, quote or receiving permissions cannot be verified. A submitted request is recovered and checked, never automatically retried. The interface does not offer XDNA selling or cross-chain redemption.
Transfer restrictions and unconfirmed unlock.
The published token code restricts default addresses from sending while the presale flag is active. System accounts and explicitly allowed senders have exceptions. Read these restrictions before participating. The swap has no separate legal-acceptance checkbox; reviewing a transaction or confirming it in a wallet is not recorded by this website as acceptance of legal terms.
The verified token code allows the admin to end the presale-wide restriction once and does not provide a way to restart that flag. Separate address-level controls remain: the freezer role can block sending, block receiving or freeze part of a balance. Ending the presale must not be described as removing every possible transfer restriction.
No unlock date or binding unlock conditions have been confirmed. A successful purchase does not guarantee that you can sell or transfer, now or later. This Base restriction does not change the rules of original XRPL XDNA or its Early Genesis program.
Reserves, custody and limitations.
The owner states that all Base XDNA is backed by underlying XRPL XDNA in the designated vault. The vault address and a historical comparison using all outstanding Base XDNA are disclosed through Proof of Backing. The comparison is not a live reserve attestation; custody, reserve dedication and the final binding backing policy still require disclosure and review.
Backing is not a guarantee of redemption, equal market prices or liquidity. No direct Base-to-XRPL conversion mechanism is offered here. No claim is made that the vault is decentralized, trustless, independently controlled or bankruptcy-remote.
Pricing, fees and unresolved terms.
The approved payment asset is native USDC on Base (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913). The owner-approved route uses Uniswap v3 pool 0xf69b6e1ae1e4c43bea36b3801d91e6bee24bf672 at its variable market price, not an XRP-equivalent price. The 0.01% pool fee is included in the quoted output. Base execution and L1 data fees are separate, and USDC approval may require its own transaction fee. The current interface takes no additional surcharge. This is a statement of current transaction construction, not a promise about future fees. Coinbase may display separate wallet or network costs; review those before signing. Read-only quotes are estimates, not a completed purchase or a guarantee of execution.
Quotes use the exact approved pool and a single Base block, expire within 30 seconds, apply 0.50% slippage protection and reject price impact above 3%. A purchase must enforce its minimum output and an onchain deadline, recheck account, network and token restrictions, and be simulated before submission. An unavailable or stale price must not permit a purchase. Pricing alignment does not guarantee redemption, liquidity or equal secondary-market prices.
